Kelly, Bassett, Perkins, Jolly: Names written in pencil 130 years ago

The four neem trees, two on each side of the east terrace, where
the cannons stand, were removed on Mon May 18, 2015.
The trees concealed much of the building when viewed
from the angle these two pics were taken!

Pic of  the office corridor and
stairs that lead to Sykes Hall taken from
 an  arrowslit of the turret
Stairs spiral up the turret to this decorative,
 now crumbling, ceiling.

The turret, one corner of the
Principal's residence, where
boys names written in pencil
130 years ago were discovered
on Tues May 19, 2015
William Jolly, Charles ??
John ??, Charles B???
Alfred Perkins
T. Kelly 16th  June 1881
Only one name was etched into the
plaster and that was of
A.H Maitland. There is no way to
tell if Maitland was a part of the
group or had written his name
later or earlier!
